Getting it there.
We ship spare parts to customers inside the United States via UPS Ground unless requested otherwise (transit times chart). For international destinations, we use DHL for their expertise in handling customs clearances.
Machines are shipped FOB (Free On Board) from our plant in Fort Worth, Texas (USA). What that means in plain English is that shipping is never included in our quote. We will be happy to assist customers with finding a quality shipper and securing quotes, but we do not contract for shipping. Customers are always responsibe for selecting, and paying, the shipper of their choice. We of course encourage you strongly to use a shipper with sufficient insurance to cover the equipment you purchased (most shippers are adequatly covered).
