Used isn't new. The machines we sell are used machines we buy on the second hand market. They come from failed businesses selling their assets and growing businesses making room for larger equipment. Most of these machines have been in use for more than a year, and the manufacturer's warranty has therefore expired. Because used machines come at a steep discount over new equipment, they are sold without a warranty. We strongly encourage you to come and inspect any machine yourself before acquiring one. We have the room and the personnel to conduct as many test runs as it'll take for you to decide. We have been selling used machines for 10 years, with an excellent reputation and numerous repeat customers to show for it. Each machine is carefully inspected before acquisition to eliminate any lemon. To us, refurbishing a machine means more than adding a new coat of paint. Once we have bought a machine, we inspect and repair if necessary (or even upgrade) both technical and electrical parts. Sometimes, we'll keep a machine for us because our production is growing. We make that decision only after refurbishing is complete, however, which means that we treat every single machine we work on as if it were for us. We use quality personnel for our refurbishing, ranging from our own maintenance personnel to factory-trained machine builders and installers to an automation engineer as necessary. We want you to come back for us when you need another machine, so you can rest assured that every machine you buy from us is refurbished with that in mind. |
